APT MALL Return and Refund Policy
At APT MALL, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our return and refund policy below, which outlines conditions for both APT MALL Membership customers and general customers.
General Return Guidelines (All Customers)

Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of product delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in undamaged, resellable condition.

If an item is defective or damaged during shipping, photo evidence must be provided. In such cases, APT MALL will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

APT MALL Membership Customers

Free return shipping for all eligible returns.

In case of defective or damaged items, return shipping is also free, and a full refund will be issued.

Membership customers receive priority return support.
General (Non-Membership) Customers

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the item is defective or damaged during transit, APT MALL will cover return shipping upon verification with photo evidence.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request and provide detailed instructions.

A prepaid return label will be issued for APT MALL Members.

Pack the item securely and return it within 7 days of receiving return approval.

Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed accordingly.
Exceptions & Additional Notes

Items purchased during final sale, clearance, or promotional events may not be eligible for return.

APT MALL reserves the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet return eligibility upon inspection.

Unauthorized returns (without prior approval) may not be accepted or processed.
